I followed the six week protocol and only missed one night in the second week and just doubled up using it two nights in a row during the every other night segment to make for it. I was grateful, within six days my Carpal Tunnel Symptoms were significantly reduced. I was encouraged to see progress. I started going back to some hobbies and activities that I had given up. As I used my hands, my strength increased. After two weeks, I could go through a day without even thinking of Carpal Tunnel ---that has not happen for years.
