I followed the six week protocol and only missed one night in the second week and just doubled up using it two nights in a row during the every other night segment to make for it. I was grateful, within six days my Carpal Tunnel Symptoms were significantly reduced. I was encouraged to see progress. I started going back to some hobbies and activities that I had given up. As I used my hands my strength increased. After two weeks I could go through a day without even thinking of Carpal Tunnel ---that has not happen for years.
I feel empowered to do stuff, I can't give expression to how good it feels, it is exhilarating to get my life back. I did not even realize how Carpal Tunnel had begun to affect my mental attitude. I think I may have been in a kind of mild depression.
